Sales Director Mediterranean

Metizoft, headquartered in Norway, is a global leader in sustainability and compliance solutions within the maritime industry. With offices around the world, we are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our operations in Greece and the Mediterranean. This strategic region is vital to our growth, and we need someone who can drive expansion and strengthen our market presence.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive business development and sales efforts across the Greek and Mediterranean maritime markets through both direct sales and agents.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Metizoft’s customer base.
• Build and manage a strong agent network across the Mediterranean to support and drive growth in the region.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Represent Metizoft at key industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
• Collaborate closely with the global leadership team to ensure alignment with company strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role, preferably within the maritime industry or related sectors.
• Proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on driving growth and expanding market share.
• Experience in building and managing an agent network is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of sustainability and compliance solutions within the maritime industry is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
• Fluency in both Greek and English is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to work independently.
