Customer Success Executive (English & Korean Speaking)
We are seeking a proactive and committed Customer Success Executive (Korean-speaking) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
As a key member of our team, you will coordinate closely with colleagues, partners, and clients to enhance operational efficiency and deliver a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main communication point for customers, suppliers, and shipyards in Korea.

Learn and make effective use of our internal systems and software tools.

Participate in and support project Kick-Off Meetings and assist in monitoring project progress.

Stay up to date on relevant regulations and offer guidance to stakeholders when needed.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation for system and database setup.

Track and follow up on customer requests, issues, and feedback to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Translate presentations, manuals, and other documents from English to Korean and vice versa.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Maritime or Engineering qualifications are a plus).

Minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (for non-native English speakers).

Minimum TOPIK Level 5 or equivalent proficiency (for non-native Korean speakers).

Fluent in both English and Korean, spoken and written (this is a must).

Open to fresh graduates; full training will be provided.

Prior experience in the maritime or shipping industry is an advantage but not required.

Strong attention to detail with a structured and organized approach to work.

Ability to adapt and perform well in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Self-motivated with a positive and proactive mindset.

Strong time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
