Shipowners are legally responsible for ensuring that hazardous materials installed on board are properly identified and documented. To fulfil this obligation, they must obtain material declarations and related compliance statements from their suppliers.

Metizoft has been appointed to collect and manage this documentation on behalf of the vessel owner as part of our Supply Chain Documentation Management service. We act as an independent third party to streamline communication, verify documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The requested documents are standard across the maritime industry and are used solely for compliance and reporting purposes.
