Steps to gain access for new vessels, in Metizone

To gain access to the new vessels, please navigate to the “Users and Access” tab. Detailed instructions with screenshots can be found on pages 8 and 9 of the user manual.

Please note that you may need to click the On/Off button (under the Users and Access tab) to enable access to all vessels.

As an administrator, you can grant crew members and captains access to their vessels by adding them to the system. An invitation email will then be sent with instructions on how to log in and gain access. Please make sure to check your spam email box if not received. 

We recommend that all vessels have access to Metizone in case of Port State Control inspections and in connection with recertification.

#Please also ensure that the vessel is added to your procurement database, so that we receive PO data from the correct maintenance date.
